Speaking
Is your organization looking for resources on topics like parenting teens, managing stress in motherhood, understanding how mental health disorders like anxiety and depression impact adolescents, or handling significant life and family transitions?
As a mother myself and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience in the mental health field, I bring a mix of education and practical tools when I speak to any group.
Topics like parenting and mental health can be difficult to discuss. That’s why I use a casual and down to earth speaking style, focusing on engaging the audience and making sure everyone leaves the event feeling empowered to take action.
Additionally, I also speak regarding running adolescent groups, protective factors for adolescents, and inspired clinical supervision.
