Happy New Year! Hope that you had a wonderful holiday season…and that you had some time to reflect on 2023 and think towards goals for yourself in 2024. You may write Resolutions, you may pick a word of intention for the year ahead, or you may think all of that is rubbish 😊.  The truth, though, is that people that consider what they want, tend to get what they want. If we consider our parenting, the more intentional we tend to be about how we want to show up with our loved ones, the more likely it is to happen. No one is perfect, but considering… reflect... get clear on what is important—helps frame our relationships and interactions ❤️.

What goals do you have as a parent in 2024?
 

Breathe in the satisfaction of working hard on one aspect of parenting last year that has paid off. Not perfection, but effort. Bravo!
