These affirmations are from Shannon Kaiser’s book Find Your Happy Daily Mantras.
Mantras can really ground us❤️. Posting them in the kitchen. Reading them before bed or upon awakening. This could be a jumping-off point and an individual exercise to write your own personal mantras—or to sit down and do together as a family. We spend lots of time crafting these in therapy ⭐.
Ask Yourself:
When I’m overwhelmed, what do I need to remind myself to help settle?
Would it be helpful for me to develop my own personal mantras for challenging times?
Could this be helpful to my precious children?
Good luck!
